"We have a guy". We have a very reliable off-site board repair guy with many many years of local experience. He offers repair and restoration services for most types of water sports equipment. Please call our shop at 321-676-9773 with your needs and we will put you in touch with him, so you can set up a time to get your board to him. His services and fees are independent of the Paddleboard House. Do not just bring your broken board here to the Paddleboard House. We cannot store your board for you. 

Yes, we offer an in-house 90 day layaway program with no fees, no interest, and no financing charges for paddleboard purchases, as long as payments are being made in a timely manner. We require a 20% non-refundable down payment up front to layaway your board, or to lock in a price or special sale being offered at the time of sale.

No unpaid merchandise will leave the store until the entire purchase is paid for. Your board will remain on the sales floor, marked with a "Sold on Layaway" sign, and we promise to take good care of it until you pick it up. 

We ask that you make reasonable timely payments towards your layaway purchase each month for a total of 90 days, in which the item(s) should be fully paid for. You can make payments over the phone if you cannot get to the shop, just call us at 321-676-9773.

We will reach out to you via phone call from the shop once a month if we have not heard from you to make a payment. If after 90 days of purchase you have not made any payments towards your board, it will be returned back  to the store shelves for resale. 

Any monies/future payments paid after the initial 20% will be refunded via in-store credit ONLY, minus $100.00 board restocking fee, which we be good for one year from initial board purchase.  This also applies to layaway cancellation before the board is paid off.

All of this is also posted publically in the shop and agreed to at the time of layaway.
